I’m feeling brave (ish) and actually posting an original. This is the product of having the apartment to myself today.
Because I’m going on T in a couple of months (eek!) I’m working more on songs that use my higher register, as I figure it’ll be gone soon enough, and I sort of want to document the voice I’ve been singing with for all these years.

I officially feel complete as a proper Whovian fanblog with this.
I saw on a documentary thing that there was a bunch of tape reels and loads of bits and pieces of machinery left over from WWII and that became the Radiophonic Workshop
Also this was before multiple tape recording machines. They had to record each section on its own tape and then hook them into one main tape thing and press record on the main one and play on all of the different elements all at the same time else it wouldn’t be in sync
These were people who just… enjoyed playing around with things to make the kind of music they hadn’t heard before
